Status of a baby

So I'll try to be brief: before doing an orthodox conversion, I did a conservative conversion. I didn't' really want to (I wanted an orthodox one and kept an orthodox lifestyle), but for many reasons, I did. My husband and I got pregnant and the pregnancy ended in a stillbirth. What is the status of that baby? Will he be resurrected? Will he be counted as a Jew? Thank you.

There is an opinion that all souls undergo a specific test at birth and a stillborn was receiving what was needed for that time from a tikkun soul rectification this perspective
As to the status for resurrection all souls that are in their most recent body worthy of tehiyat ha Metin will be restored to life.
