Hi, I was not raised religious. I didn\'t even know what Torah was until well after I was married. My question is, Do I still carry certain Sins like Karet if I did not know I needed to keep shabbat? If I did not have my sons circumcised? married a non jew? How do I start the process of becoming a Baal Teshuva?

Shalom, you can simply start with learning and attending classes / shabbatons and Supporting this with as much acts of kindness and tithing and charity as possible.
As for things that you’d like to do retroactively that can be handled one step at a time
Don’t be discouraged by any seemingly large pitfalls.
all can be rectified with sincerity.
