Sound the great shofar

We say three times a day, "Sound the great shofar for our freedom... and gather us together from the four corners of the earth."
If one merits seeing Moshiach reveal himself, does he need to do hishtadlus by going to an airport to get on a plane or will G-d miraculously transport him there?
