Shalom,
One need to pray to G-d that he will 'turn the world around' to bring him/her their soulmate. And most important is not to fail in the sin of forbidden relations or any other sins of immorality that will g-d forbid push their soulmate away from them.
May G-d bless you to find your soulmate at the right time!
