Shalom rav, I have anxiety and I tried to do everything in the spiritual way, hitbodedut, learn Torah, was in yeshiva past year in the holy Land, do as many mitzvot as I can try to, but no matter what I just can't find fulfillment and am always worried about everything should I go resort to a therapist or continue praying to borei olam to help me

Shalom, Structure your mornings around meditation to remove stray thoughts and focus your time once a morning to appreciate nature and the tremendous gift it is to be here. Make an effort to spend at least 5 minutes a day releasing doubt and fear. If living near the ocean perhaps walking by the shore or even wading in the shallow waters could help refresh your energy. Alternatively you could make it a test for 40 days to immerse in a mikve/  every morning and visualize all your anxieties Gradually leaving you. After 40 days a true shift should  occur after daily immersion .   best wishes R.Yosef Karpman
