Wasting seed for gentile

Good morning rabbi, I am gentile , I want to ask it is allowed for gentile to do wasting seed? And what the punishment or bad effect for gentile that do it. Thank you rabbi.

Shalom,
A gentile does not have the prohibition of waisting seed and therefore is not considered a sin and therefore there is no punishment.
BUT... This act is considered VERY bad and not moral in the 'eyes' of G-d and is STRONGLY suggested even for a gentile to prevent from such a thing to happen
