Dear Rabbi Alon:
If in Gan Eden converts occupy the 1st (and lowest) of the midragim, where are the righteous Gentiles going to be (so to speak) housed?

Shalom,
First and most important to understand is that a convert can 'climb' the levels of Gan Eden by his/her acts
The righteous Gentiles will join the Jews in the world to come (Olam Haba) and during the waiting time they are in the first level of Gan Eden which also they can 'upgrade' their position by their acts
