whats the best Teshuva of someone who wasted seed and did pgam with the eyes talking thinking??

Shalom,
R. Nachman of breslov taught a that teaching others tzniut and modesty and Torah is the best remedy once a person has changed their ways to the true path.
If you are living the Torah path help others do the same.
