I have a question who is Joshua falling on the ground, too? Is it arch angel Micheal? The angel of the L-rd who is it speaking about? And about the L-rd of host, who is it speaking about?

Shalom, He was falling on the ground (bowing) to G-od's angel that appeared to him. Some say it was the angel Michael, since the angel had a sword in his hand and presented 'Gevura' (might). But this angel came to Joshua (holding a sward) to let him know to be strong and brave and to attack Jericho and that he will conquer them All the best, Rabbi Alon Anava
