While most people have their soulmate in the world if we were to ask is there a soulmate for every person in this world at all times -No

However that's not to say that a person couldn't have a soulmate be the soul of a ger/convert or pray for their soulmate and have the person arrive into their life...note

Our actions are our true prayers not just our usual words of prayer.
