If Hillary manages to amass enough fraudulent votes and/or blackmails/bribes enough members of the Electoral College to overcome Trump's landslide, could she be Gog?

Gog can not be a female as the scripts clearly are talking about a male. And with yesterday's results, we see that G-d controls the world and he can make who ever he wants win the elections.
