Can I use Ma’aser money to pay a babysitter?

Shalom Yael,
No, you are not allowed to use Ma'aser money to pay your babysitter. Ma'aser money from your earnings has to go to someone else but you, preferably a poor person. There are a few things one can pay with Ma'aser money that he/she has benefits from such a tuition for girls school (Not Yeshivahs) and a few more things, but that has to be discusses and decided according to your financial status.
