Shalom There is no one in our generation with Ruach Hakodesh (Divine Inspiration) or at least no one that is publicly known to have Ruach Hakodesh. And if there was someone with Ruach Hakodesh, he will most likely not be availabel to speak on skype. Ruach Hakodesh is a very high level and very few people reach it, it is almost the level of prophecy and it is higher than a revelation of Eliyahu Hanavi (Elijah the prophet). There are different levels of Ruach Hakodesh. Ruach Hakodesh is the ability to see and to perceive that which is unknown and concealed.
