What merit do you think you have to "live again" after your Near Death Experience?

I love your lectures. Thank you for posting them!
I know many men and woman who had similar lifestyles to yours before you became a Bal Teshuva. What do you personally think gave you the merit to come back again after your near death experience in New York City?
