Shalom, As long as you do the right Teshuvah you will not go to hell and will erase and delete all blemishes from your soul. The short version of the answer of how to do the right Teshuvah is as follow: 1. DO NOT repeat the sin EVER AGAIN 2. Have remorse and regret 3. Confess (To G-d) and in some case to your husband or his wife 4. Accept on yourself to change and follow the Torah and Mitzvot After that it is up to G-d to forgive you and 'clean' you. You defiantly want to fox the blemish by educating others NOT to do that sin. Needless to say you want to follow the Torah entirely and do ALL Mitzvot.
