How do I atone for what I did ?

Plz, I need an urgent answer for this.
For awhile I said publicly that I was a jew while I was not.
How do I atone for this sin, and is this a grave sin ?

1- If you didn’t join a quorum as 1 of the 10 then the only thing you have to concern yourself with is the falsehood which you spread. Remember that all falsehood distances you from the creator.
