How did you clean up your speech ?

I must have made Teshuva over a thousand times in 3 days. do we have a limit? (i’m not swearing on purpose) i just can’t help my-self. I also grew up very violent & ruthless , I never in a 1000 year thought i would ever be religious . . . help me , give me a tip. how did you clean up your speech . it’s almost like an addiction to cuss & swear?

As for your questions: – there is NO limit to how many times one can do Teshuvah – Watch this short video atzmut.com/get-rid-bad-thoughts and apply the same method in order to clean your speech. In the video I am talking about thoughts, but as I explain in this video about the 3 garments (Though, speech and action) so you can apply the same actions in order to work on your speech. And always remind yourself that G-od gave you this mouth to prays him, to pray and speak Torah, and that mouth must stay clean and pure.
