Hi I'm asking for my cousin, her son age 16 is has mental health issues , anxiety & mood swings etc & smokes pot regularly. He is currently in Canada on a programme for troubled teens but they desperately need help when this finishes in a few days. His parents live in Beit Shemesh having made Aliya from london about 3 yrs ago but the son couldn't settle here & went back to london to stay with family members but they have said they can\'t handle him anymore so he will have no where to live. He doesn't want to come to Israel & his mum is obviously worried to leave him on his own because of mental health issues & they desperately need a programme to help him with therapy etc either here or in America or anywhere that can help.. My friend is trying to contact rabbi wallerstein but she thinks he mainly has a programme for girls, can you help?? Kind regards, Tanya "
