Shalom Rabbi, I was wanting to know if the book “Apples from the Orchard” is a legitimate Kabbalah book worth reading? Also, are women allowed to study Kabbalah? Thank you for taking the time to answer my question. Praying that you have a full and speedy recovery!

To answer your question, yes it is a kosher book to learn. It is a translation from the Arizal. And yes women are allowed to study kaballah as well.
