My boss doesn’t always tell the truth

Dear Rabbi, I have been working for my boss for the past year and a half.   He often tells what he considers "little white lies" to his clients, and sometimes makes me also do so, from my work email. I had recently re-trained in a new profession, and he took me on without much experience and trained me and paid for some professional courses.  I would feel very bad about letting him down if I looked for another job, but on the other hand, I am concerned about his lack of professional ethics and morals. Please could you advise me. Thank you.

Shalom    The Torah is clear that we should distance ourselves from sheker falsehood    If you leave a job for the sake of heaven you’ll be rewarded .   The only question is will the reward come in and the form of a job appropriate for you.   I would try to pray for a more wonderful pray friendly job it first in order to quit the current one.   best Wishes m R.Yosef Karpman
